Privacy Policy for StickBoard: Sticky Notes Effective date: September 26, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how StickBoard: Sticky Notes ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app on your Android device. The app is developed and published by Presxient LLC. 1. Information We Collect StickBoard does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal information. We do not ask you to create an account or sign in, and we do not request your name, email address, phone number or any other personal details. 2. Your Notes and App Data All content you create in the app, including notes, checklists, boards, priorities, due dates and settings, is stored only locally on your device using the device's private app storage. This data never leaves your device and is not uploaded to any server. We have no access to it. 3. Internet and Permissions The app does not request internet access and does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or any other sensitive device permissions. 4. Analytics, Advertising and Tracking StickBoard does not contain advertisements, analytics tools, tracking technologies or third-party SDKs that collect data. We do not use advertising IDs, cookies or device identifiers. 5. Sharing of Information Because we do not collect any information, we do not sell, trade, rent or share any user data with third parties. 6. Data Retention and Deletion You are in full control of your data. You can delete any note or board at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app, or clearing the app's data from your device settings, permanently removes all of the app's data from your device. 7. Children's Privacy StickBoard is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Since the app collects no data at all, no information from children is gathered. 8. Security Your data stays on your own device and is protected by your device's built-in security. We recommend keeping your device protected with a screen lock. 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy. 10.
